6-7PM: U14 CLASS

WEDNESDAY:

4-5PM: PRIVATE TRAINING

5-6PM: U14 CLASS

6-7PM: SOCCER TEAM (PRIVATE)

THURSDAY:

4-5PM: PRIVATE TRAINING

5-6PM: HIGH SCHOOL CLASS

FRIDAY:

5-6PM: U11 LAX CLASS

SATURDAY:

10:30-11:30AM: HIGH SCHOOL CLASS

 

ADULT TRAINING

 

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY/FRIDAY:

9-10AM: LADIES SMALL GROUP TRAINING
 
 
12-1PM: 45 MINUTE EXPRESS WORKOUT

MONDAY/WEDNESDAY:

 4-7PM: OPEN GYM (MULTIPLE WORKOUTS AVAILABLE EACH DAY)
